Everything was perfect....the grounds are well kept and our room was perfectly set up for our stay ... breakfast was great. This was my second stay however a different location yet i found the stay at both locations being both wonderful. However San Mateo just a tad nicer over the Sunnyvale location.

Having the bedroom plus loft was a great option for us, as we needed a place to stay with our adult daughter before a flight. The loft provided privacy and separation without needing a second booking. Everything inside was great. The landscaping was struggling and looking worse for wear, as it hadn’t been watered all summer. Trees looked like they were failing; it would be a shame to lose them. Breakfast was generous with plenty of protein options. Many cultures represented and there was some confusion about the flow and how to queue, but plenty for all.

We love this place- feels like home.. Francisco from the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was great, the dining staff were also very attentive to our breakfast needs.. we will surely come back again.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at very clean and it literally looks like a little studio. If you’re traveling I need anywhere to stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff was v accommodating for my mom's request for walk in shower va tub and ground floor. Room was v nice and we love the free breakfast in the morning. My only complaint is that the elevator to the 2nd floor breakfast area wasn't working so my mom had to go up the stairs and come dow with her cane. Kind of scary.. We stayed here last year as well and the handicap lift didn't work then either
