This property was very clean, the staff was very helpful and very nice. They gave recommendations on places to go and things to do. The breakfast was fabulous. It wasn’t just muffins and bad coffee. It was a full breakfast and the food was hot and very good. We will definitely stay there again.

Lots of kids here so if you’re not prepared for that just be aware. Because of this breakfast is busy and stuff runs out, they do replenish but another thing to be aware of. Gotta give props for having non-dairy milk. Room was excellent so clean and comfortable. Overall will use the property again.

Great stay! Perfect for a family of 4, breakfast had options. Room was clean and updated. Have option for laundry if you need it. One of my only cons was none of the side doors were working to get in, you can only use the main entrance and that was tough for bringing in luggage and coming and going. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Room was clean and tidy, staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast was very basic I wish they had a bit more variety, the pool was not as warm for a heated pool and there were no towels on all four days we were there. You have to ask for towels at the front desk which defeats the purpose of having the amenities. Overall the hotel is good just not great, I would recommend for anyone traveling with kids.

This is a very pleasant day. Issa ensure that she was able to assist us with all her needs and that we were comfortable. The facility was clean and well kept from the rooms to the dining in our lounging area.

Very nice when you first step in BUT when you get in the room you notice so many things aren’t clean and is given the “landlord special”. Sheets had a bunch of hair on it and when asked to change it the housekeeping was rude. Carpet is sticky and isn’t vacuumed. Needs to be dusted ,And a serious deep clean. The space of the king suite is nice especially with a toddler and it’s nice to have a pool. But everything else sucked

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The floors were not very clean in the lobby and elevator. The bed was quite soft and uncomfortable. The shower curtain was too short resulting in water on the floor with showering. There was no fan working in the bathroom, making drying of towels difficult.
