Large, clean and comfortable room. Shops and a bus stop are within easy walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. The kitchen facilities were very handy, and having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a huge bonus, especially while travelling.
The shared kitchen space was unique, didn’t have a chance to use it but it was clean. The room was clean, had an extra heater/fan which was nice.

The lounge for check-in was absolutely beautiful if I could’ve said the same for our room that would’ve been great. You can tell our room used be an old office, which is fine but could’ve at least got a brand new rug and put some lamps in there.
This property is the perfect property in my book. Very clean and tidy, friendly staff and great service. I will return to Nashville just to stay at Harthall hotel again!
The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was a nice touch! We received personal service at the restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is next to some sort of train yard, so we heard train cars being changed for several hours, but it didn't affect our sleep with the AC running. The temperature inside the room was delightfully cool. I didn't think I'd need the washer and dryer, but it turned out useful as I was at the end of a long trip and it allowed me to go home with all my clothes clean and ready to unpack and hang in my closet. A packet of laundry detergent in the room contained enough for two loads. Thank you for a lovely stay!
The property was nice and in a decent area. It was just a little louder than I expected as far as hearing cars throughout the night, ambulances but the check in was smooth, room was clean, decent area, customer service was phenomenal.
The room was really nice and clean and the area was quiet and low key!!!!!!!

We visited Nashville for a concert at the new venue The Truth. Very easy walking distance to the venue from the hotel (mostly level) and only a $10 Uber ride if you chose to Uber. Upon checking in, I had to pay for parking, which was reasonable at $20/day with in/out access without fees. However, the hotel didn't accept AMEX for payment for parking, even though they took AMEX for payment for the room through Expedia. We couldn't get into our room with the 6-digit keypad code. We were given a key fob and told if we lost it, the hotel would charge us $200. The Wi-Fi didn't work the first night we were there but was fixed the next day. The staff was very friendly and handled our issues kindly. Overall, not a bad stay.
This place was super cool. We had our own apartment and everything we could possibly need for the stay. It took us a minute to find the entrance because we parked on the street and the entrance was on the back of the building in the parking lot!
Not a typical hotel, this is more of an extended stay so no daily housekeeping service, etc. The property was clean and any requests we had were immediately addressed. We had an issue with our thermostat and they moved us to a new room without our request. The front desk was always very attentive and welcoming and the location was fairly accessible to a variety of different experiences. Walkable to Broadway if you like walking but also had a number of calmer options in the neighborhood when you want a break from tourist attractions. Room was clean, amenities were everything you needed. Overall if I were returning to Nashville I would stay here again.
Room was nice and was surprised it included a patio. Bed comfy, living area furniture was very minimal. Was slightly confused with parking situation and codes to unlock door/choose level you're going to on the elevator was pretty inconvenient overall, especially if there were multiple guests attempting to park or use the elevator at the same time. Hotel was really pretty on the inside though and employees seemed super friendly and happy to greet us.
