The Village Hotel was clean, staff helpful and an excellent location. The shuttle was very helpful. We liked the shopping by the Village Hotel better than most of the other shops and the winery. Would recommend staying here.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Each day our room was made up. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food and wine was excellent. We enjoyed walking the grounds. The Biltmore house was beautiful as were the gardens. The shuttle to the made our tour much easier. Definitely planning another trip. Definitely recommend the 4th floor tour of the Biltmore house.

Such a fabulous stay while visiting the Biltmore! The room was clean, roomy and quiet. The staff were all very helpful, especially Renee at the front desk. You have several very good dining options right here in the Village. We ate at the Bistro and the trout was so fresh! The sunflower field adjacent to the property was in full bloom and seemed to meander along forever! Cute shops and great ice cream all within steps of the hotel. Oh, and live music both in the hotel courtyard and in the square. Adored this place! Would love to come back someday!

Loved the property as it was beautiful and clean. Well maintained. Dinner at village inn was very good. Upon check in ask about tickets to house admission as it was not readily brought up and beneficial to get upon checking. Length of stay house admission. Prefer they had coffee creamer vs powder packets in rooms but getting petty. Absolutely Loved visit.

Beautiful well maintained estate and hotel. Many extra activities but all over priced. Great for walks and exploring but all other activities restricted to cost, shame as I would think many would enjoy if they could afford them. Best activity was the wine tasting that was a big hit! Restaurants were a little disappointing since they were farm to table, expected much fresher tasting food. Cedric’s was pleasant enough, but Bistro was very disappointing with dry, stale food that did not live up to the class of the establishment. Beautiful setting shame about excessive extra costs

There are a lot of extra activities available at the Biltmore. Our time was limited but we squeezed in an eBike rental and explored the property at our own pace. Would definitely recommend.

Everything we ran into was amazing at the village hotel. Every question we had was answered! We ended up needing an extra comforter and guest services had it up to us within 10 minutes. I wish we would have taken more advantage of the grounds, we didn’t realize how much was included with our stay! Next time we will definitely do more, enjoy the scenery and all the tours Biltmore estates has to offer! Amazing location, right by the village with access to all the restaurants and the winery. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you are okay staying in one spot and not doing much exploring out of the estate, you’d be a-okay. The drive in and out is a little daunting at first, but you get used to it!
