Stunning beach and sunset views from the lovely rooftop pool, good sized room and friendly, highly attentive service. The breakfast is solid. The gym is a little cramped but otherwise this is a great place, I would definitely stay here again.

Não pensem que é o padrão Windsor!!!

Decepcionante, não é a toa que o valor da diária é inferior aos outros hotéis da rede, péssimo atendimento, cheguei as 10 da noite cansado do carnaval, reservei um quarto de casal cheguei era um de solteiro, tive que PEDIR pra trocarem pois tinham me pedido pra juntar as camas ( sim.. lamentável) após meu “pedido” me colocaram em outro quarto onde o ar não estava funcionando, tive que esperar a manutenção ( claro que eles não iriam me dar outro quarto né pra que…) no café da manhã (que não é incluso vc tem que pagar quando faz a diária) minha namorada pediu tapioca e foi informada que não tinha, pra nossa surpresa no outro dia pra um casal ao lado foi oferecido tapioca…. A noite desci pra pegar um iFood e solicitei uma chave pois havia deixado minha namorada no quarto com o ar ligado, me deram a chave com aquela cara de poucos amigos e claro que quando cheguei no quarto a chave não funcionava! O único ponto positivo foi o atendente da manhã gabriel, que liberou uma hora a mais do checkout ( eu já nem estava esperando me darem, portanto foi um ponto positivo)
