My main concern about this place was our room. Not only could we hear everything from outside the room (from people walking up the steps to bags/doors being slammed, to literally any conversation) but it was small and dirty. The bathroom door was broken along the bottom, the cabinets by the sink were dirty and I saw roaches in there as well, enough to kill one. The front desk staff as well as the staff at breakfast and the dinner restaurant were very kind. As bad as the room was, the staff everywhere was great. It is located in a fairly convenient location to many shopping and attractions in the area which was nice.
