It is a very good hotel, very clean and safe. I would suggest: Since there is a kitchenette in the rooms, cancel breakfast, because breakfast was supposed to be from 6am to 9:30am, and I got there at 7am, and nothing was there, and the front staff went in to get an orange and yogurt for me. Offering that kind of breakfast is damaging the great image of that hotel. Again, it is a great, clean, and safe hotel.

Disappointed in the condition of the mattress on the sofa bed. The room was very clean and clean sheets were provided when requested. Front desk was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggages until time to check-in. Much appreciated

Staff was super helpful no matter the time of day Although fresh linen etc were probided when requested, my stay was for 9 days, the rooms could have been cleaned every 2 days minimum adding to that its a pet friendly hotel as such the lobby and hallways could have been sanitized and vacuumed daily The pool was not available therefore my children were unable to use it for the 9 day stay Rooms should be equipped with a kettle For the duration of my stay, I never saw yogurt, hard boiled eggs or cereal at the breakfast station.

Room was not in good condition..smelled horrible and had gnats in the room. Canceled my stay currently trying to get a refund from Expedia. Should not be on the site as a possible place to stay. Receptionist/check in lady was very nice and accommodating

I think everything has been great a great place to stay overnight especially after Cruz and I love that they have the amenities almost like a small apartment where there’s like a kitchen in the fridge and like a microwave and stuff to eat food and left those and stuff so it was great and plus they have like a washer and dryer

We were only there for about 6 hours due to catching the red eye in. The bed and living space were clean. The room smelled of must and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The tu especially is dirty and had hair throughout. I swear slippers to shower when I travel but still pretty gross. Otherwise it was uneventful.

Honestly Was Clean And Fine. I Didnt Think Anything Bad About It. They Dont Offer Breakfast Essentially Or Food For Free I Mean. Theres Parking Lot, Free Parking. Three Lovely Women Assisted Me With Multiple Things. Id Return If I Had More Money Or If It Wasnt The Price It Was. Its Around $120 A Night. If It Was $50-$60 A Day Id Stay Their Longer.
