I stayed for one night and had a positive experience. The room was clean, had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, sink , and I felt safe during my stay. Overall, a good place to stay.

I will say the room was clean and well maintained but the overall experience was just okay and a little underwhelming. I stay in Simi Valley at least twice a year and this is the first time staying at Extended Stay. When I booked the hotel it said breakfast included but the breakfast was simply a ceral bar and coffee/tea, this is not "breakfast" it's a snack. The staff was nice but not as friendly as I would have liked.

Good: Checked in at 10 pm. Staffer was quick and efficient. Bedding acceptable Bad: Kitchen was completely empty of everything except 2 Ice trays and trashcan. No cups, glasses or other items. Logging in to the "Free" wifi required purchasing a plan. Free breakfast was non-existent, only coffee and 2 fruit bars in a basket. One of the two Carafes was empty. No shower amenities provided. No hair dryer. Will not return.

This place is more for people between apartments than for corporate travelers. The rooms are extremely basic. We had to Ask for All kitchen items from the front desk, which they did have and supplied readily. The place is a bit tired and needs updating. No closed closets- just open hanging racks. No extra blankets and no cleaning service. The staff was great. Breakfast was packaged baked goods And coffee in paper cups.

Clean and Conveniently located

Clean, conveniently located and perfect for our needs. The kitchenette worked great, and the hotel provided dishes and cookware were all we needed for all of our meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was nice, toilet was backed up the whole time so we had to constantly plunge it, I asked for maintenance to come & plunge it & front desk said that no one was available & I can come & grab a plunger. Shower bar was falling off the wall so the shower curtain kept sliding down a & the fridge didn’t hold temp. I don’t recommend this hotel.
