We stayed overnight on our way to another destination and thought a stop at the Great Lakes Outlets would be fun. Hotel was in a good location right next to the mall, lots of restaurants, warmly greeted on arrival, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend and we'll stay again next time we visit Great Lakes Outlets.

I like the hotel and the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was not memorable. I stayed for 5 nights and was comfortable, I liked the mini kitchen it had everything including stove, microwave, refrigerator, cooking supplies etc. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again on my next trip. Two slight things I found questionable: The hall smelled a little of mildew, I think the carpet needs cleaning but it didn't affect my room; secondly when my Capital One notification came to my phone I noticed the charges were wrong which the morning person said they would correct but I had to recheck the charges opon my leaving. Overall good experience.
