I booked a Hard Rock Hotel as I always wanted to stay in one. Apart from a large sign at the restaurant entrance, you'd hardly know it was Hard Rock. We were provided with 2 tubs of milk for a two person room, any extra were charged at €0.50 each. I've never ever been charged for tubs of milk. We paid £250 per night to be charged extra for milk. The hotel was nice, but extremely over priced. The restaurant wasn't even a Hard Rock one. Very disappointed.

First time staying at the Hard Rock Hotel and first time in Madrid. Everyone was great, staff was friendly and helpful especially Ana Maria, she was so friendly and helpful. She helped us book a bus tour to Toledo and Segovia also helped us book a Flamenco show. She made great recommendations of restaurants and bars to check out. She always greeted us when she saw us. Great experience, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel as part of our honeymoon trip. We splurged a little to stay at the hotel as we thought it would be a good hotel to relax at. We were a little disappointed to find out that the pool and rooftop bar are only open in summer (despite both facilities being listed on Expedia) as we had some lovely weather in late April. Regardless, we still enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and the housekeepers were especially attentive.
