The staff was incredible! The hotel grounds and rooms were very clean and absolutely gorgeous. One of the nicest hotels my family and I have been in, and we travel quite a bit and usually stay in high-end hotels. Bishops Lodge is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anybody going to Santa Fe.
We liked it when the workers took us to the room & luggage riding along with the golf carts. The shuttle driver was very polite & friendly using the service to go to the Railyard.
The restaurant is good. Unfortunately, breakfast is not included nor is morning coffee.
Everything is Ala Carte.
Everything was fantastic. The place is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Our king room was spacious with an awesome bathroom. The pool is clean, they have comfortable chaise lounges and great towels. The complimentary shuttle service took us into town daily(10min ride) and was so convenient . Horseback riding, trail walks and art activities were all great. I highly recommend it is a special place.
The front desk gave us a upgrade, because ours was so dark and no view, just a
balcony facing the fence. We’re so appreciative for the new room… bright, light, views of the reason to see the skyline.
CONS:
For the price of the rooms, they can at least give coffee in the AM. They charge $7 for coffee.
Most give breakfast but they don’t, plus they charge 20% tip automatically for anything you
order, buy, drink, etc.
Sit
Back and relax. A wonderful retreat in a stunning setting. The rooms are impeccable. Pool and hot tub area is spacious enough for privacy and families. The restaurant and snack bar have tremendous food and service. Ride horses, do yoga, hike, or just sit and enjoy the view.
It was a wonderful and peaceful property. Our room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing! The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The service was top-notch. It had a small spa and beautiful pool. The restaurant was wonderful and it was easy to access hiking trails from the property. I would highly recommend!
The service was fantastic. Staff was friendly and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. The Skyfire restaurant was amazing! The resort is beautiful, I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Santa Fe!
Bishop Lodge is a beautiful property with amenities for the entire family: hiking, horseback riding, spa, pool, cooking experiences and many more. We had a one bedroom in The Grove which was very nice; comfortable bed, nice shower (water pressure could have been a bit stronger), fireplace and a patio. However, patio looks onto a wooden fence so there isn't much of a view compared to other lodging options.
We really like the golf cart service available on the property and the shuttle service into town. You just need to be aware that there can be a wait time for shuttle service. The cafe and restaurant onsite are both well-staffed with professional and personable staff. We enjoyed pastries at the cafe in the morning and delicious meals and cocktails at the restaurant.
Close to downtown but everything you would want in a high end resort from stargazing to horseback riding to quality restaurant and pool with attentive and friendly staff
Staff were great but room was definitely mis priced for value. We stayed in the Kiva Sun which was certainly one of the more expensive rooms and it definitely wasn’t worth the price. Overall a nice place
This hotel is set on the mountain and has most incredible views, gardens, people, service, food and amenities. It's pricey but it was so worth it to me. My mission of total decompression was accomplished.
Bishops lodge is a great place to stay. They are very welcoming from the moment you arrive.
The property seems newer and the facilities are very nice.
I will make this my place when I am in Santa Fe.
Beautiful facility! Luxurious room & bath. Perfectly curated decor. Booked guided park tour, horseback riding & jeep tour through activity coordinator. All were excellent. Highly recommend the Lodge!
