Overall good experience. It’s worth it for the price. Good location to stay between Boston and Providence which was our goal. My only suggestion would be to Not advertise free breakfast, more like free Coffee and Quaker Oats only.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I am not a hard to please person. Checked in at 9 PM at front desk. Individual who checked me in was very rude defensive and just not very accommodating . Kitchen faucet was broken, toilet leaked water all over the floor when you flushed it. Could hear guest jumping above into the night. Surprisingly staff did help me when I asked for a help getting TV to work kept being kind as possible. Price is right. Cleanliness was acceptable. If they could straighten out these issues, maybe I would make a return visit.

It’s a safe and quiet hotel. The bus stop is very close and connects to the main subways lines. The facilities seem a bit dated.
