This is a really good hotel. The staff are amazing, the room was very comfortable and the sky bar is excellent! The breakfast was good but not spectacular. I enjoyed a fresh omelette every morning so i couldn't complain. There is also plenty of choice. The biggest issue for me wasn't the hotels fault. It is just a bit too far out if Alicante centre for me. We would look to stay somewhere closer next time.

Perfect short stay

Lovely stay for a short break with my partner. The place has all that is needed for a relaxed stay. It's close to the city and to the beach, the place is clean, modern, and serves good food.

Room - the bed was comfy and fresh towels were provided every day. You have to pay extra for a balcony (I would definitely recommend this). However, the curtains are not very thick and the outside lights are kept on all night making it very tricky to fall asleep. Also the elevator takes forever to come, there were often long queues for it during peak times (e.g. after breakfast). Food - limited options for special dietaries (e.g. lactose intolerant). Pool - there are two pools with the rooftop one being heated. Towels were provided but you then had to pay €2 if you wanted a fresh one.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, especially with my two kids. They were patient, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. I truly appreciate how thoughtful and supportive everyone was, it made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend for families!

Second Visit & Not The Last

I had a wonderful stay at Port Hotel Alicante, this is the second time I have visited but this time solo. The staff were so friendly, the food in the restaurant was delicious and varied, the rooms were clean and I felt really safe. I can’t wait to return!
