"i am glad i booked Ritz, it has exceeded my expectation, i would say this is as good as you can get when you come to the island and not an all-inclusive property. location is convenient, i was able to walk to nearby restaurant for breakfast, staff was great, they were very welcoming.
You do not need to worry about renting an umbrella, Grace bay is right at your footsteps and they provide food service, chair/umbrella and sunscreen.
we got an upgrade to oceanfront room and it was spectacular,...

"Very friendly staff at the Oasis. Alba and Stacey in particular helped us with booking tours. My son fell ill during the trip and we asked to postpone our snorkeling trip by a day. No problem. They also let us check out an hour later.
