Fantastic location, great amenities and wonderful staff.
Room was spotlessly clean and well stocked. In room dining was of good quality and excellent service.
Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities, a gorgeous room and stunning views. The location is fantastic, with so much within easy walking distance. The staff were lovely, especially the valet team, who made us feel very welcome.
The hotel restaurants were decent, but for the price, I expected more. Fortunately, Vancouver has plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance, so there are lots of options nearby. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.
The room was beautiful and check in was flawless. The bell hop was gracious and escorted us to the room. She explained the workings of the drapery and answered all our questions. The bathroom was lovely. Our view looked out over the cruise terminal and parts of downtown. Dinner at Botinist was exquisite. And check out was quick and simple.
Beautiful property in a great location of downtown Vancouver. Ideal if you’re taking the seaplane into one of the islands as it is a 1 minute walk. The hotel lobby is a vibe and has a great sushi restaurant/bar. We had lunch there and it was great people watching. The restaurant on the second floor called Botanist was awesome as well. We had dinner at the bar and both the food and the service were top notch.
Our room was a good size and very comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vancouver.
Everything was beyond excellent the staff was so great with options for day trips and food. The hotel was the best I’ve ever stayed. The room was awesome so big and always clean. I couldn’t wait to get back to my room and lay in the bed, it was so comfortable. I can’t wait to return.
Hotel was amazing… starting with location being central to restaurant etc.
staff was friendly and very informative.
Rooms were clean and just very nice overall.
Absolutely stunning property with very attentive staff. Looks better than the pictures, and is in a very central part of town with a ton of restaurants and bars.
Our stay was perfectly comfortable. Personally, I didn’t find the harbour view worth it because you’re directly viewing a large green roof instead of the actual harbour. However, the staff were pleasant and helpful.
