Great location and great price. Super friendly staff as well. There are restaurants in walking distance and a shopping mall with great grocery store directly across the street. Most days, this hotel is only about 10 minutes from the airport. Will def stay here again.

The staff and conditions at the Novotel have always pleased me. Also, the location is very nice as there is a very convenient supermarket close by with a choice of so many restaurents, exchange bureaus, etc.

The stay is extremely pleasant and comfortable, especially the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable able to provide the best service possible. It’s my stopover trip and I had no clue how to handle but everything went well. The location of the hotel is very convenient to metro and easy to navigate to the main sightseeing.

Novotel Knows how to Serve

Great stay at Novotel Deira Dubai during a short business trip. The ambiance and the service was top-notch and the room was quiet spacious and clean. Didn't get chance to use other facilities, but had a walk through the pool and it was great.

I stay here every time I am in Dubai - the location near the airport and across the street from the mall are so convenient! But best of all, are the incredible staff - they make me feel like I'm coming back home to their hotel every time I arrive. I had a delightful weekend stay at the Novotel Deira. The staff were all vry kind, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was a great value and a great way to start the day. I enjoyed early morning walks in the park adjacent to the hotel and evening stops in Vertigo, the lobby bar. Thank you to Jun, Maureen and all of the wonderful staff.

Very convenient for the transportation from Airport and other parts via Metro. Breakfast had a lot of options. Bistro & Vertigo Bar offered good quality food and atmosphere. Just across the Shopping centre with food court.
