Great place to stay, centrally located to most of the Mayos buildings. Great place to stay especially in the colder months so you don’t have to go outside you can walk in the “Subway” everywhere you need to go.

Great hotel connecting to the Mayo Clinic which is a huge perk. Staff was friendly doesn’t offer free breakfast but other options within walking distance and you don’t have to go outside. Room was a bit dusty but overall cleaned. Would definitely stay again.

Mattresses were awful. We left a night early as we couldn't sleep another night on them. The room itself was nice, clean, spacious, shower was excellent, very clean. Hotel couldn't help there was construction going on outside the window so at 7:30 am the jack hammering started. Tied to a small mall area with several restaurants, all accessible from a pedestrian subway system was very nice!

You cannot beat the proximity of this hotel to Mayo Clinic - just a quick elevator ride down to the subway level so that you never have to go outside in the cold. The attached city parking ramp is also quite convenient. And the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating when we checked in. We enjoyed our room with a beautiful view of the decorated streets for Christmas other than a slow drain in the shower.
