We had an amazing stay. Enjoyed the rarely crowded pool and restaurant onsite! We got free breakfasts all days we were there and the mini golf rentals were cheap and perfect location for an easy afternoon. Our kiddo asked if we come back again can we stay there again. 100/10 recommend for a last week before school getaway!

Our room was nice, it was a bit dusty but overall it was clean. The bed was uncomfortable but overall it was fine. The amenities are what sealed the deal for us right next to a small water park with a lazy river and some slides. And it has a separate pool area that was quiet if you didn’t want to go to the water park area. The bars and food were good. And it was a couple blocks from the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. the staff were lovely.

I liked the beauty and location of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 is the mattress. It sounded like springs rattling and was not comfortable.

I was impressed with the spacious loft suite. The pool was close and of course the water park was alot of fun. The beach and restaurants both very close by. The fact the entire place is covered by a roof is incredible.

Great little getaway to take the kiddos before school starts up. Room and the whole premises were very clean and staff were very friendly. You only get a one day pass for the water park, I had no problem with that, water park was a lot of fun. The beach is a block or two away, beautiful beach! I highly recommend staying here and will be back

This was the 2nd stay here. It's an excellent location. I do have to say though that the people staying next to us stayed up partying until almost 2 am with music blasting and being very loud. The next night, their children showed up and kept trying to get into our room through the adjoining door. They was also smoking Marijuana because everytime we would go to the restroom in our room, we could smell it strongly. I would also say that the staff needs to explain better the hold they put on your card. I kept being told it was the resort fee but that fee was included in my price through expedia. After 3 business days from checking out, I called the resort inquiring about the hold being refunded back to me 5 times and Victoria kept hanging up on me. That's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Then I was told I would only get back a portion of my hold and had to contact Expedia. The bar and restaurant is excellent and I highly recommend eating at Jimmy Guanas. I also found a half smoked joint in the parking lot outside of the 1st parking garage entrance.

We have been here 4 times, and each time the staff was so kind and helpful, the food is wonderful, the amenities were very nice,rooms were always clean and maintained, no matter which size room I've stayed in. The convenience of the location is also terrific! A short walk to plenty of places to eat, to the beautiful and quiet beach, and we really enjoyed the Waterpark being steps away! I will definitely be back! Thank you for making us feel at home!

I was skeptical about this property after reading some of the reviews but I have to say my room was clean and comfortable little bit dated like the 80 style.stayed there from Friday to Monday didn’t live the resort I have to say that the restaurant on site was pretty good .also the bar was amazing plus live music was very entertaining and fun. Pool and water park was great.gym, and a small shop with good prices.location very convenient.will recommend.

Property is outdated for Holiday Inn standards. Paid a hefty price per night plus a day resort fee (parking). Better off renting a VRBO. Villa unit was dirty and lacking basic utensils. Don’t be deceived by the Splash Harbor waterpark adjoining the property-you will still pay a daily fee to use. Location was good.
