We stayed in Vhari wing with our 2 year old boy. The room was so well set up for kids, even has an alarm on the door in case your little one tries to escape! The kids amenities are amazing especially the splash park, water slides and indoor play centre. The breakfast buffet was the best that I’ve had at any hotel I’ve visited. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel, our junior suite oceanfront in the Thani wing was amazing. The hotel is well set out with an area for everyone. My daughter and I had a wonderful massage and facial at the spa. Thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff for making our trip so special. Very well thought out hotel, look forward to coming back.

Great hotel for family traveling with kids. We should’ve splurged for the swim in suites. The suites was spacious for family of 4. Amenities included flip flops, swim towels. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options for kids and adults. Adult only pool is 12+ and faces the beach. The beach was spectacular, water was warm, clean and clear

Something for everybody! We chose to stay beachside, where you can hear the waves from your room. With two young kids it was then easy to pop across the road to the pools with the slides and wave pool. Dinner buffet was great value, as kids under 7 go free. I’d probably like to see some vegan options. That also applies to breakfast, which had a wonderful fruit selection, but cater a lot for the Chinese customers. Wonderful fresh fruit juices and a great selection of breads to toast though. The staff are friendly and helpful, and great with children. A really great trip.

The room was recently renovated with comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed in the Bhari wing with a swim up pool. Most days we had the pool to ourselves which made the experience even better. We purchased floating chairs and relaxed by the pool. The restaurants were outstanding.

This resort is wonderful for families with children. The amenities within the hotel are more than enough to keep kids entertained, and the beach is much cleaner and more family-friendly compared to Patong Beach, which can feel a bit sleazy and may not be suitable for young children. The resort also offers plenty of restaurants. However, if you enjoy street food, you will need to travel outside the resort to find more local dining options. Overall, this is an excellent hotel for families with kids, and I would highly recommend it for a relaxing family vacation.

Fantastic family stay. We had a Grand Suite (Thani Wing) and the view was perfect. Nice big room for 2 adults and a child, though because the childs bed was in the living room area, we could have used an extra chair or seating option. Close to all pools and the beach. House keeping team were great. Excellent breakfast options in a clean environment. The hotel restaurants were quite a bit more expensive than the ones outside the complex, without much difference in the food. Excellent bars in the hotel. Happy hour at the Coconut Bar was 5.30 - 7 each day and included some fantastic sunsets. Variety of pools were brilliant. New kids pools across the road were fun and included a lazy river, as well as 4 slides and wave pool. Great location. 5 minutes from Kata Beach, 10 from Karon, 25 from Patong. Will return when we next visit Phuket.
