I had a great 4 day stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming especially the bartender and concierge. The concierge person recommended some good local restaurants that I tried and the food was good. The room was cozy and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean and the view from my room was gorgeous.

My room was always in great shape & fresh. The room was on the seventh floor in the rear, which was nice & quiet. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. The only negative for me was the surrounding neighborhood, The Tenderloin district. It was a bit dicy at night.

The property was perfectly located near so many stores and restaurants. We felt save even when arriving late at night. The staff was amazing and housekeeping cleaned our room every day. Wonderful place and location. Only downside is there’s no hotel garage for valet parking, but there is a self serve parking garage a street down, but in comparison to other hotels in this area this was the only downside we could see. The Redroom was wonderful!

Really lovely stay. Excellent staff and my room was HUGE and clean. The neighborhood isn't the greatest, but the hotel takes you right out of that vibe and turns it into a relaxing environment. I will definitely be recommending this hotel for anyone headed to SF.
