It’s a beautiful hotel with a trail right to the beach. Pool on site open late. Restaurants off location is one down side but everything is within walking distance We will stay here again for sure!!

I had a one bedroom unit on the 3rd floor. It was very clean, the view from the balcony was nice, mostly of the dunes. Could see some of the ocean, and sunsets were incredible. Staff was very nice. Didn’t use the pool, but it did look nice. I hope to stay here again!

Staff was always ready to help and friendly as they alerted us to the best places to see, eat and shop. Room was so çute and cozy, the maids do great work with cleaning and prepping. During my stay we were blessed to watch deer graze in the yard as we enjoyed the balcony view. We had a lovely time in our suite.

This was our 2nd year staying at The Canterbury Inn with our little dog. The staff are fantastic and it feels like everything has been thought of to make the stay enjoyable for humans and dogs. The rooms are well appointed and have all you might need. There are board games in the common room for rainy days and DVDs to rent on the lobby. You are close to everything here (highly recommend Dugan's pizza and Kookabura donuts!) We will be back next year!

Just stayed for 1 night, but was a very nice, clean 1 bedroom unit on the first floor. Even without a view of the ocean you can still hear the surf while sitting outside on the patio. We had 2 queen beds and both were too hard for my liking but that wouldn’t stop me from staying again. Love the location and checking/out was a breeze.

Staff are great! Forgot my charger and they immediately sent it to my house. I haven’t slept so well in years, 3rd floor ocean side. Pool n hot tube were clean and comfy too. We need more no kids hours though to make it more pleasant.

A spontaneous trip to Ocean Shores and we were lucky enough to get a room here. It felt like a small one bedroom apartment and it was perfect for me, my boyfriend and our teen. Staff was kind and room was clean and well maintained. We definitely would come back and stay here. Walking distance to the water also made it a big plus.

Nice staff. The room was spacious. We did not bring a dog but would have felt comfortable bringing ours in the future. Room was a little dated and there is no AC, but we did enjoy the short stay we had. My family would stay here again.

We didn’t like the back bedroom lack of privacy as it looked out on main hallway. Our grandsons complained that the sheets were scratchy. We liked being on first floor so we and our dog could sit outside. Our grandsons loved being able to go to the pool 2x day. . A pleasant stay. We have stayed in different accommodations at the Canterbury Inn and will be back next year.

I booked through Expedia and did not see any reviews or notations regarding the property not having A/C. As a Texan, this was a tough adjustment but the fan they provided was very helpful! Location is good and price point was great.
