Man this place was great. Great look. We had a great room, 2 full beds and a bunk bed for the kids. Wish we had more days here. Service was great. Location was good. Again 10 mins walk to train after being out all day does get tiring. But loved the place.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. A/C worked a treat. Rooms were small but this is very typical of Tokyo so not an issue. My only gripe was the bed. The mattress was so hard I actually ended up with bruises.

Really comfortable and well-staffed hotel which was surprisingly very quiet and allowed for a good sleep. The bathroom had all mod-cons and the room was a decent size for two people with a small amount of luggage. Very helpful and polite staff too. It was close to two subway stations and a lovely peaceful park. It was easy to get a taxi on one of the nearby main roads.

The rooms were cleaned and stocked well on a regular basis. The amenities in the room and hotel were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning! Each day had options to choose from for food and a delicious pastry of sorts. The hotel staff was also extremely helpful with recommendations, exact directions on navigating from the airport to the hotel via train, and allowing us to leave our bags after checkout before we had to depart for the airport.

Fantastic little hotel in the heart of Shimbashi in Tokyo, surrounded by tons of restaurants and things to do. The Rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable nevertheless.
