Really nice hotel. Staffs are very helpful. Rooms are clean. One comment though - the door handles in the bathrooms is having some hazards when closing, it pinched my daughter's finger ( it should have some room between the closing handle and the wall).

Would have given 5 stars, but we had to ask for clean towels twice. The towels appeared to have dried red stains. The pillow covers were stained. Grest location, Ted's Bulletin on the corner has a great vibe, good food and drinks. Park across the street $37 and can go and cone as you please without extra expense like the hotel parking.

Everything was great except, the heat didn't work that well in our room. My wife made a couple of calls to the front desk and the guy on the phone said he would contact maintenance. Don't know if he was able to reach him or not, when my wife and I got up the next day the room felt the same. But other than that I would recommend someone to stay there. E.P

Great stay

Great stay. The staff were very nice. I was greeted daily when I entered and exited the property. There is a rooftop that has good food and drinks! I’d definitely stay again! I will note that trains do pass near the hotel often, but it’s not bad unless you’re a really light sleeper. They also have white noise machines to cancel out any noise which is amazing. I had an overall 10/10 experience.

I really enjoyed my stay. The gym is so big! The staff was very friendly. I will say you can hear the train go by but they do offer plugs. I’m used to the loudness so it was nothing for me. The best part is how close the train station was and how close of a walk to Union Market.

Staff very accommodating and the Hotel its self was very clean and orderly. There were times with hotel younger guests screaming in the hallways but it calmed down. I enjoyed my stay and will go back again in the future.
