We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We could not say enough about the wonderful staff, the lovely facilities, and the clean and very comfortable room. The property was a lovely vacation for our family, and we discovered that September is a perfect time to enjoy the waterpark, while temperatures are still warm enough to enjoy, but visitors are few. Highly recommended!

We stayed 15 days as a family at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, and our experience was exceptional. The hotel is very clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms, perfectly suited for a family stay. The staff is extremely attentive, professional, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Imed at the reception for his warm welcome and professionalism, as well as to the breakfast team: Rajeev, Adi, Sonam, Zohaib, Rizan, Belaya, and to all the pool and spa staff for their kindness and great service to our entire family. A truly memorable stay that we highly recommend to families. We will definitely return with great pleasure.
