After our stay, we discovered what appeared to be bed bug bites. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially when cleanliness should be a top priority. We hope management takes this seriously and thoroughly inspects and treats the rooms to prevent future guests from having the same experience. Definitely put a damper on our stay. Pet area for waste was also overflowing to the point that bags were just being tossed on the ground by others.
Half of the door frame fell off the wall and hit me in the head. Thankfully the screws and nails did not break my skin and the hotel staff moved us to a new room.
You get what you pay for, arrived right at 3pm for check in and staff took a full 6 minutes to arrive at the front desk after ringing the front bell for service. Don’t expect to be able to reach them before or after your stay as the phone goes right to voicemail
The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Parking was right in front of the room and no stairs. It had a view of the ocean and was not noisy at off and it was right off the highway.

It was a quiet room, we were away from the freeway. We got what we paid for which was good. It was very basic.

The only thing different I would’ve had some kind of cooling system or fan. The room was kind of stuffy at night.
When I arrived the kid at the front desk told me he couldn't give me a key until the manager arrived but let me in the room to wait. 40 minutes later the manager showed up.
The Room
No Chair desk or table
Bed partway off of the stand
No soap at sink
No soap in shower
Mold in shower
I'm not a picky guy but one of the worst places I've ever stayed in.
Friendly staff, safe travels for single, older lady and dog.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable, the liquid soap dispenser was empty in the shower and there was no hot water during certain hours.

There is no words to say, but I will say this I’m so relieved to be home cause it really was a hassle staying there! Walking back and forth to the office because they don’t answer their phone, I had to get a staff member’s number I mean I could go on and on about how 6 trips to the office was over a remote control, but I won’t. It was an all right place but I can only give it a 1 star
Did not feel safe at all. Extremely dirty and run down room. Broken furniture. No hot water for a shower.

I've stayed at this hotel many times with no checking in issues. This time I was double billed for a room. I reserved room through Expedia. It did not show up on Blue Coast Inn computer. The manager didn't tell us that the room was already paid for. My friend wanted pay for rooms so she used her card which she shouldn't have because room was already paid for through Expedia. Big mistake. They charged her card. We're trying to get money back. Not very happy with this outcome.
We’ve stayed here a number of times in the past. The place seems to have deteriorated and needs a lot of work to get back to a good condition. Sorry I don’t think we will stay here anymore. Thanks and we wish you well.
Very low budget motel..looks like it is rented out by the month. Shower did not drain. I tried calling the property from 1pm until 6:30 pm to let them know I was leaving from Eugene after work around 5...never an answer, left emails, text messages and voicemails. No response. Luckily once we made it we had 15 minutes to spare before the lobby closed. We were hesitant about leaving for a 5 hour drive with the possibility we wouldn't make it in time and have no where to stay. It was my husband's birthday weekend and we had plans to drive up the entire Oregon coast (hense why we were leaving on a Thursday night after work) This inability to confirm our late check in made the drive extremely stressful when all they had to do was answer the phone or give a simple call back. Just poor customer service and very low budget motel. We will not be staying here again.
