Convenient, comfortable hotel with many amenities, good breakfast and excellent staff near Kanayama Station (1 stop from Nagoya Station). Rooms are larger than most basic Japanese hotels. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Shuttle to the station is also a plus.

Generally very good, typical of a Japanese business hitel fornthe budget minded. About a 15 minute walk to train station, not many dining options super close to hotel, and if you dont like a super hard matress maybe not for you.

The hotel is a bit far from the subway but they offer free shuttle up to 1030ish pm. The room was clean but follow eco something where they clean your room on the 3rd day of your stay. They change towels every day

金山駅までの送迎バスはとても助かりました。運転手さんもとても感じが良く、気持ちよく利用させていただけました。 安定の東横イン、朝ごはんは普通ですがご当地グルメも取り入れていらっしゃり、またクロワッサンが美味しくて幸せでした。コーヒーはひきたてで美味しかったのですが、カフェオレのミルクが脱脂粉乳でイマイチだったのが残念でした。 名古屋に行く時は、また是非利用させていただきたいと思っています。

部屋は綺麗だし、小学生までは添い寝もOK、最寄り駅までの無料送迎もあり、 付いてくる朝食も地元・名古屋メニューまで用意されておりコスパ最強です。 「お金はイベントに使いたい」派にとってはこの上ないホテルかと思います。 １点、 駐車場は事前予約がマストである点は、「駐車場・要予約」などと 分かりやすく明記してほしいと思いました。 当日伺うと「満車」ということで門前払い。 近隣にコインパーキングは多いものの駅前なので安くはなく、しかも まぁまぁ埋まっているので大変です。 と言うことで、駐車場の事前予約さえ注意すれば快適に利用できます。
