The staff was very helpful. The room was excellently sound-proof and generally clean. However, Room interior corners were worn, and the bed was too firm-Hard! Few amenities, so-called breakfast was threadbare. Outside greenery was suffering. Also had to contend with feral cats and Skunks(!) in the parking lot, attracted by the open dempster. I will not be returning.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Staff & service
The room was okay overall, but there were several issues that made my stay disappointing. The refrigerator was dirt, hair left in bathtub and dusty. I had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room myself, which should not have been necessary. Another major concern was a towel soaked with dog urine that was left on the bag cart on the elevator. The order was horrible and filled the elevator. This was unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel environment. The fort desk clerks were rarely available at the desk and often had to wait for someone to return. I recommend installing a bell at the front desk so guests can alert staff when they need assistance. I was informed that the building is undergoing renovations to upgrade appliances and make other improvements. Hopefully, this renovation will also address cleanliness, housekeeping, and front desk service. Guest should be able to expect a clean room, a fresh smelling environment, and prompt assistance from hotel staff.
