The property was just as amazing in person as in the pictures. The staff at the resort are amazing at what they do. Food was great. Drinks were amazing. The spa was off the charts. We absolutely love this place. It is a perfect resort. The pool and swim up bar is well designed, convenient, and fun. The food is fantastic and the staff is so kind and attentive. We would come back in a heartbeat. We did an excursion with the resort to Saona island which was beautiful and well worth the price. The beach does have seaweed, but if you’re not picky, this place really is a special resort.

Great resort. Some restaurants were good some were not so much. The pools are great. Swim up pools could use a heater to warm them up for night swims or mornings. Clean and modern resort. Many pools that were not too busy, did not have to fight to get beach chairs. Not a super busy party resort, better for relaxing. I stayed at serenade in the swim up unit and can I just say wow, from when we arrived we were treated like royalty, the service making notice of Chayrell and Argapito was so great oh my God. During the trip I lost my camera in an uber and Chayrell took it upon herself to make sure I got it back which was above and beyond, the bars were beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing and the food was chefs kiss, all I can say is Serenade is heaven on earth and I cried when I had to leave

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The facilities were excellent and, most importantly, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food at the restaurants was very good, with great quality and service. I also want to highlight the amazing service from the bartenders at the pool bar — both named Jose. They were excellent, very attentive, friendly, and truly made the experience even better. The only area that could use some improvement was the buffet food, which felt a little below the standard compared to the rest of the experience. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Room was always clean, as well at the resort grounds were also pretty clean. The food not the best it does the job but if you love food it’s probably not for you. Staff were super friendly and helpful. When we went to the beach we were bombarded by people selling things couldn’t really relax. DO NOT BUY EXCURSIONS FROM THE PEOPLE ON THE BEACH. We did a couple from the guys on the beach and were let down every time. Overall our stay was pretty good and overall happy with our trip.

The room was clean, the swim up bar was nice, and overall the pools were well kept and clean. However, there were cockroaches in our swim up pool in our room and in the restaurants. The food was also subpar. We were only allowed to book 1 reservation throughout our entire stay, which was disappointing because the only other place to eat was the buffet at nighttime. The buffet was not great, there were cold cuts and dairy based sauces just out, not on ice. Would not recommend.

We stayed at the adult only side. Clean resort. Some staff were very helpful and friendly others were the very opposite. I suppose you can say the same about any workplace or resort. Food in general was 6/10 for us. À la carte restaurants were ok the best was the Teppanyaki. Beware of pressure tactics and upselling attempts during check in. Pools are nice and we never had a problem finding chairs same for the beach area. We have been to many resorts in DR, Mexico and Jamaica; you generally get what you pay for and in our case, we will not be returning to Serenade All Suites.
