This hotel was very convenient to walk to the Old Town Scottsdale. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a grab and go wrapped muffins and fruit bars with coffee and tea. Over all room was comfortable but in obvious need of renovation. Bed comfortable, shower strong. Tub was peeling...should really be addressed! Fine stay for the reasonable price if you don't need any thrills!
The staff were amazing. The buildings are old, and the room I stayed in was dusty. For an extended stay place, it's kind of a hassle to have to ask for dishes and a hair dryer, but the wonderful staff quickly obliged. Also odd and unhelpful that extra washcloths are not provided/allowed.
A good stay for multiple nights. The room was clean. As were the bedsheets and towels. The full-size refrigerator is great. Especially if you need a freezer. The staff was friendly and helpful with any issues.
Staff was amazing, but the rooms were beyond rundown. I’ve stayed here many times and it just keeps getting worse. Staff works so hard to try to keep up with everyone’s demands but remodeling is way over due.
Staff was excellent. Property was worn down to the point it was disgusting. Not the fault of the staff. They can only do so much when the infrastructure is not maintained
Jess was the person working at the front desk. She was assisting another guest when I walked in, she greeted me and said she would be right with me. The guest she was assisting took a little longer; Jess was quick to apologize for my wait. I really didn't wait that long. I asked Jess if they had an elevator to the second level, and she said they did not. So she found me a nice room on the first level. I told her that I just drove 6 hours from California to attend a book signing event at the Poisoned Pen. Jess looked up the address and told me that the bookstore was just a couple of blocks away. Jess asked if there was anything else that I needed, such as dishware items, etc. Which I did not need as I would be spending very little time in my room and checking out early the next morning. Jess was very pleasant, it was so nice to encounter such memorable customer service after a long 6 hour drive. Thank you Jess!
