It was amazing! I was allowed to check in early without extra charges.The hotel is so clean and the receptionist so helpful! The room was so spacious and the bed so comfortable. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and close to North Acton Station. I will visit again.

Reception staff good, not enough tea bags in room for Tree people but when asked at reception we were given more. We liked the fact we could leave our cases at the hotel while we went sight seeing. Room very clean, bed great, good size room for three. Would use again.
