The room was much smaller than previous stays and it was run down and smelled if mildew. When we complained, housekeeping came and sprayed room deodorizer which didn't help at all. The room was the furthest away from the lobby but our entry door didn't work. We asked if it was going to be fixed and was told , "I don't know". Will not start there's again.

The room was more than sufficient. It was roomy and having a full kitchen was extremely convenient. The grocery was just across the street. I was disappointed that there were roaches considering how clean everything else was. Another reason I rated on the lower side is they charged me $250 for a pet fee. I have a service animal and communicated this at checkin. I noticed the charge after my stay. When I called the property to report the mistake the attendant, Jenny, was not helpful. She gave me the run around and said she would write an email to the managers Maria and Larissa. This never happened and I am left with still no response. It has been a week and no resolution from this property. I will now have to escalate this in order to get my unnecessary charge of $250.00 returned. Very disappointed in how they are handling this issue.

Very good hotel
It was amazing, good location, close to restaurants, super market and freeway. Lots is choice for breakfast! Room is very comfortable. Only one thing the air conditioner was quite loud. Still I think this is a super hotel. I will come back again!
