I’ll admit I was a little nervous at first because of some of the negative reviews, but this stay proved it’s truly a hidden gem. It’s not the Ritz‑Carlton, and sure, a few updates wouldn’t hurt—but I honestly think part of its charm comes from the character it already has. Plus, major renovations would only drive up the price, and the value here is already fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. And the complimentary made‑to‑order breakfast was outstanding—some of the best we’ve had in Santa Fe. The burrito is a must‑try. Overall, we’re so glad we chose to stay here and had an amazing time.
