The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the outside amenities were great. Very quiet and just a short drive to all attractions in Branson.

Best resort hotel I have ever seen in a while, all the amenities and household kitchen items are set nicely. Definitely a great place to take the kids and forget about worldly troubles at this resort. The view of the lake is sooo breathtaking.

The check in was easy and the staff very informative. The amenities were great. The couch in our room was not comfortable and the adjoining room you could hear other people's conversation very clearly. I would stay again.

The staff was great. They made sure everything was done from lighting fire pits to making sure nothing was needed in our room. There were no major issues, just needed a curtain rod repaired. It’s a beautiful place to stay, just be sure to get the lake view rooms. Very convenient to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena and Branson.

What a wonderful and relaxing resort. From the moment we arrived with the check-in with D’Ann to the moment we left the resort, the experience is unforgettable. The room was very clean and accessible. There was nothing to complain about. We will definitely come and stay at Westgate again.

Rooms was very clean and everything was nice. Great place! Didn’t like the parking area. Wasn’t enough space and had to park up the hill. Picnic table and GRILL was next to our room and the first night people stayed up till about 1 AM talking outside, but everything else was great with our stay.

They did not have enough staff for volume of people needing help only 1 at desk all week, long waiting and not experienced. Computer problems, for staff, could not answer questions or communicate with other employees. The grounds are beautiful and they have added and cleaned up games, pool, grounds. Our condo however had moldy shower and would not drain. Floors were dirty, don't think condo was ready as towels were everywhere and missing.

I will absolutely stay here again. Beautiful view and clean property. Only negative is the security gate to go through 1.5 miles away but once you go through the first time and have a code it’s easy. Exceeded my expectations. Staff was awesome too and I recommend using the concierge to get any tickets and recommendations she was very helpful.

Very clean stay and I really liked the modern feel. Loved the Glass shower doors in the bathroom along with the LED Mirror. Makes me miss my Shower I had at my old apartment.
