Really good stay for the weekend. The front desk staff especially Nathan was ah-mazing. Great customer service and even gave good food recommendations. Perfect for my family and I. Bonus perk is that the airport was a skip and a hop away.

Overall this worked great for a night prior to my early flight. The room was very spacious. The hotel needs some love. Any items that are metal in the room show the wear of the salt air. Bed was comfortable. If I was coming to the area to spend my days at the beach with the accessibility of the airport I would choose this hotel as a budget friendly option. Did not notice any noise from the other rooms. Coffee in lobby was actually pretty good. Shuttle was easy and convenient.

Understaffed. Slow check in. No service in bar/restaurant. The room and bathroom was very spacious but the air conditioner was very loud as well as the toilet. The toilet would make a loud low rumbling after flushing it. But the hotel was right next to the airport and that is what counted for me.

Perfect location for an early flight or late arrival Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport is, in my opinion, one of the best and most convenient places to stay if you have a very early morning flight or a late arrival at Pensacola International Airport. The terminal is only about a 2–3 minute walk from the hotel, and there’s a covered walkway, which makes getting to and from the airport incredibly easy—even in rainy weather. The hotel also offers a complimentary airport shuttle, but honestly, when you’re this close, I think it takes longer to load and unload your suitcases from the shuttle than it does to simply walk to the terminal! We usually book the Standard King Room, which has a king bed and a sofa bed. The bed is comfortable, the room works well for us, and after a long day of traveling, that’s exactly what we need. Add to that the great breakfast spread and genuinely friendly staff, and it has become our go-to place whenever we have an early departure or late arrival at Pensacola airport. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even showed me the walk path from hotel to airport. Hotel offers airport shuttle however there is a lighted path that’s literally less than 5mins walk. Very convenient and easy to manage even as a solo traveler. The hotel was clean and room was nice. Great water pressure in showers after a long travel day to unwind. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff here are amazing. They are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good and the gym was adequate. The pool is a little cold (even for summer.) my only complaint is that the room seemed a little musty and damp and you really should have at least one free parking spot per room.
