The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. The on site food was delicious. The negative part was the water slide not working during our stay. We specifically booked this hotel for the slide. Nobody ever emailed us or was it mentioned on the website that the slide would be down for repairs. My kids were disappointed.

The room was wonderful as it always is when we stay there. This was our 18th year. The staff is welcoming, professional, helpful and very accommodating, Pool staff very attentive and the pool manager, Kylie, was exceptional. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurants are terrific. The main bar in the lobby area overlooks the resort and the live entertainment is always terrific. Everything about the resort has 5 stars that is why we return yearly.

Thank you Phoenician for the best family resort experience. The valet check-in staff was welcoming and efficient. The Mowry Cotton staff thank you! Especially Justin Jason Michael. The pool staff is amazing how they set you up right away! Thank you Victor! The cactus garden is glorious. Suite was huge with patio we spent time on every morning. Valet checkout was quick and so thank for the luggage assistance. We will be back annually for sure. Love love!

All of the staff was amazing! From check in til check out, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Poolside service was great! We had breakfast each morning at Mowry and Cotton- so delicious! It was our first time coming to this resort and certainly won’t be the last.

Beautiful facility with excellent customer service. Signage around the resort is terrible so it is easy to get lost around the large property. Summer is not the best time to be at the resort. However I was at a conference there. The doors need weather proofing. As a result the heat seeps into the hallways and elevators making it uncomfortable as you walk back and forth from your room.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The pool remains open 24/7 which is great to beat the heat during the hot season. My only comment would be that the room itself was definitely more 4 stars than 5, but it was very clean and comfortable. I had to wear earplugs though because the vacuum effect the A/C created at the door juncture of the sliding doors made a loud and very high pitch sound that prevented me from falling asleep. Otherwise, great experience.
