Very quiet and centrally located. The hotel is old, but clean. The staff is excellent and will help you with anything. The bed was perfect! It just needs some updating as the shower faucet was hard to use as pulling up on the rod to switch it from the tub spigot to the shower was hard and it leaked. There was black moldy spots in shower calk. Just old, but overall a pleasant stay.

Hotel common areas a bit dated and dirty. However room was nice and Workout Room was well equipped. Staff was not that great on check-in or during stay. Good work center with 2 computers and printer/scanner. Good location in Fairfax. Close to main roads, I-66, Fairfax Corner shopping, etc.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room and the amenities (washing machine + dryers) need to be addressed. When I entered the bathroom, I spotted multiple red stains on the bathtub and the bath rug area, which appeared to be blood stains. I planned to use the washing machine and a dryer to clean and dry my clothes, but after opening them, I was immediately repulsed. Not only half of them were working, but they were also extremely dirty inside and out.

Rose and Fazial were amazing and helped me arrange to have a car transport company drop my car off prior to my arrival, for this I was truly grateful. Check in took a ridiculous amount of time and I am not sure why, but their system must be really antiquated. The staff person was not overly friendly or welcoming. Perhaps it was late for her... The rooms are sorely outdated and in need for a renovation. My bed was clean. The room may have been cleaner than it looked, but the age of the room left it feeling "yucky." And the smell...ugh...very mildew smelling. And it was like that in the room my son stayed in as well.

The man on the front desk was very nice and helpful. I checked in around 12:30 am after being stranded at the airport. There is no restaurant on site, no lounge area, a really well equipped gym. The in-suite kitchen was poorly equipped and there is a room supplying a variety of snacks to purchase as well as complimentary coffee. Both times I tried to access the coffee it was unavailable. The a/c unit was efficient but quite loud and it continously cycled on and off every 5 minutes or so.
