Wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful stay. The Inn is beautiful and so charming. We really enjoyed our interactions with the staff, especially Nathan and Kareem. Our room was spotless and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay at The Hamilton-Tuner Inn the next time we visit Savannah.

Our experience was amazing. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts with eggs, bacon or sausage, fresh fruit, and a biscuit, Belgian waffle or pancake every morning. We had cookies waiting for us in the afternoon and wine and appetizers in the evening. We never made it to the port wine and snack before bedtime. The inn is magical with it recently updated decor. The staff bed over backwards to accommodate, and the location is close to historical sites. We can’t wait to return.

The staff were so friendly and inviting...starting with our greeting from Tim the Inn Keeper to Cheryl, Nathan and Kareem. We really enjoyed the amenities, especially the delicious Southern Breakfast. I would recommend this Inn to anyone traveling to Savannah!

The Hamilton-Turner Inn is undeniably beautiful and full of character — the kind of place that transports you to another era. It offers a warm, hospitable, and truly inn-like experience, reminiscent of the classic charm you’d see in old black-and-white films. However, while the inn succeeds in atmosphere and service, it falls short of true luxury. A bit more care in restoration and upgrades would elevate the experience to match its reputation and price point. Details such as peeling wallpaper, a barn-style restroom door that doesn’t fully close, and a mismatched modern light fixture over an exhaust fan detract from the otherwise elegant setting. Overall, it’s a lovely stay for those seeking history and Southern hospitality — just not quite at the level of a high-end luxury escape yet.
