Overall, the Hotel was nice. The beach was Beautiful. However, the Food was terrible. We only ate there like twice out of the six days. We went out to eat in town because we didn’t like the Food.

We had clean big room with compfy bed, plenty storage space, service and entertainment was very good, gardens and beach beautiful, food/drinks good. The pool great, the improvement I would like to see, is more umbrellas for shade at pool and beach and chair cushions, as at the moment the beach just has shade under the palm trees.

The food at the buffet was very good, however due to the buffet area not being enclosed flies were an issue near the food. Communication with the staff was near impossible for Americans due to the staff only speaking Spanish. The Spa service was exceptional. The Fusion restaurant was very good. Walking by the pool area when wet was extremly hazzardous due to the ground being slippery.

WE WENT TO CELEBRETE MY WIFE`S BIRTHDAY, AND WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE HOTEL. WE ESPECIALLY ENJOYED OUR BUNGALOW, WICH WAS BEAUTIFULL AND VERY COMFORTABLE . THE BEACH WAS GORGEOUS, AND THE POOL WAS GREAT AS WELL ! THE STAFF VERY KIND AND ATTENTIVE .GABRIEL AND THE SOUS CHEFF WERE ESPECIALLY HELPFUL AND MADE OUR EXPERINCE EVEN MORE ENJOABLE. THE SPA STAFF WAS ALSO VERY NICE AND PROFECIONAL . WE HAD A WOUNDERFULL STAY AND WILL DEFINATLY BE BACK AGAIN !

Great property very clean bed very clean and comfortable friendly staff love the entertainment team they do the best to keep the guests involved and entertain, food is ok, my only concern it’s not walkable and the nearby area in my point of view are not safe to really walk around once you pass the hotel gate a taxi cost 20$USD going and 20$ coming back, the beach is beautiful if you just want to relax and not trying to know around it’s perfect

Had a wonderful time. I did their elopement wedding package and they went above and beyond to make the day special. The food was delicious and the entertainment staff were talented and kind. I had the bungalow with the pool outside and no matter how many times someone went to go clean it, it was never clean. So I never got to enjoy that part of the accommodation but the main pool and beautiful beach made up for it. This resort is pretty secluded and is 10-20min away from any city life. I totally recommend this resort if you’re looking to just relax and be in the serene surroundings.

This resort exceeded my expectations! Even though it’s a smaller resort, it offers a great variety of activities, options, and attractions, so there is always something to enjoy. The food was exceptional. The buffet changes every day, and everything we tried was delicious. The waiters and waitresses were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the à la carte restaurants were also very good. The staff truly made our stay special. Marcelo, by the pool, was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Hildare, one of the buffet waitresses, was absolutely amazing and always made my wife and me feel welcomed and cared for. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. We also loved the adults-only concept—it created such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. And the beach… absolutely beautiful! It looks like something straight out of a postcard. One of the best things about the location is that you can also walk to other stunning beaches nearby, giving you even more to explore. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, adults-only getaway with great food, wonderful service, and breathtaking beaches.

It’s a nice resort, the best part is the layout, you have many places to lounge at. The beautiful beach is directly in front of the pool, there’s a ton of hammocks etc. The drinks were great. The buffet food leaves a lot to be desired. It’s typical resort buffet food, nothing special. Our room was also just okay, the in room phone didn’t work, one of the lights kept flickering, the bed was not comfortable. And we didn’t have hot water in the shower a lot of the times. The TV is a smart TV so you have access to netflix etc, which is nice. The staff was nice, there were some that ignored you and others that went above and beyond which was to be expected. Now the prices? Everything in the resort is over priced. We paid $250 for a massage that should be priced at $60 each. It’s a nice place to stay especially with a big group or family, but I would definitely get a rental car and try to explore las terrenas once you get tired of the beach and pool.
