Stayed here many times . Lovely staff, beautiful location , nicely detailed rooms. Big difference in experience between front facing canal view rooms and non view rooms.
What a lovely business trip! From the moment I arrived I was greeted by smiling faces at both the entrance and then during check in with my guest service host Meÿke. She went out of her way to book me a ticket to the Van Gogh museum and a private sunset wine and cheese cruise on the canals on the most beautiful wooden boat. The propertyi is immaculate and the service is 5 star all around. Finally the beds were like sleeping on figurative clouds. I highly recommend this hotel.
Beautiful property. Very friendly stuff . Historic building . All of Waldorf needs attention on bedding . They need to use better threat bed sheets and pillows . Also use better quality duvet . I have stayed in many Waldorf and requested .
I love the Waldorf Astoria Hotel brand. Their hotel staff know how to make a traveler feel at home. How ? 1.Tending to my needs for clean rooms. 2 Providing information about where to go or where to eat. 3. The turndown service with my selected scent sprayed around the room and bed before I went to sleep. 4. Free bottles of water each day. Most premium hotel don't do that anymore. 5. Getting the door for me evert time. 6. Researching local pharmacies to find contact lens cleaning solution for my specialized contact lens.
