I love diving with Scubado which has great dive masters (Gabrielle). I also love the food and the first question they ask is if anyone has food allergies! I love how nice everyone is and the Cabanas. We always have a perfect vacation when we come here and continue every year or every other year. IHG card is helpful when it comes to points to get a free couple nights.

This was my third stay at this beautiful hotel, clean rooms, amazing food, great service, the spa is amazing, and quit a few amenities at the hotel that you don’t have to leave. Although I do encourage exploring the island.

The quality of a food was very good. Service very good . The property is maintained very well. Beach super nice . The SPA overpriced. The Spa facility was nice , treatment as well but as I mentioned overpriced. They would have been busier with clients if they lower the prices for treatments . Overall highly recommend. Short distance from the airport. Easy access to local taxi .

Beautifully situated on the water's edge, with relatively close proximity to the airport and town (centro). Loved the waterfront restaurants, the attentive staff, room accommodations, and on-site dive shop. Oh, and the sunsets are spectacular!

The Presidente was arguably the BEST experience I’ve had at any hotel/resort. We will be back and can’t recommend it enough. I’d personally suggest getting a room that opens to the beach, it’s so nice being able to walk ten yards out your door and directly into the ocean!

This resort is absolutely gorgeous, The water is one of the bluest on the island. Everyone was extremely friendly. The only quip is that we had a mosquito in our room that bit my husband over and over again. I also wish there was some more nighttime entertainment. But this resort really makes you relax with the elegant atmosphere and pristine beach.

This was our second stay at the El Presidente and we will continue to stay there on any subsequent visits to Cozumel. We’ve stayed at all inclusive resorts on the island in the past, and they can’t compare. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive but worth every penny. There’s a reason the El Presidente is usually listed as one of the top resorts on the island!

I almost did not stay here because the Cancún Presidente so far below standard, but I am very I did and plan to make it an annual Father’s Day weekend trip with my girls. Room was luxurious and immaculate, every single staff member went above and beyond and were genuinely kind people and great with my daughters. This hotel is particularly family friendly. Spa/pool area/restaurants all top level. Thank you all and see you soon.
