This hotel is great. It is right next to all the theaters, so best place to stay if you are coming to town for show. Parking is very good in this area too, so all around great place to stay.

Parking is close by but separate from hotel. The rooms are really nice and spacious. It was a busy concert weekend and the heating/cooling wasn’t great, no hot water in the morning and our safe did not work.

Overall, nice hotel, great location, cool and modern rooms with huge showers. No amenities which doesn’t bother me that much but it would be nice if they had a small bar maybe. The breakfast was a bit depressing and the shower could’ve been cleaned up a bit better, but I’m also a bit of a clean freak so most people wouldn’t have noticed; other than that - great place to stay, friendly staff, and overall a great hotel.

When we checked in, we noticed lobby was very warm. Were allowed into the room 2 hours ahead of nornal checkin, so that was nice. Received our keys and went to our room only to find out it was 88 degrees and the AC wasn't working. We went to the desk and they explained the Central AC in the hotel wasn't working and they were having trouble getting someone to come in and work on fixing it. We went to the baseball game and then we came back, the temp had fallen to 85. Checked back with the front desk. They offered a fan. We then went out to dinner. Upon our return, room was at 84 degrees and we let the front desk attendant that we would be leaving and that we expected a full refund, which she said shouldn't be an issue. It's unfortunate as the hotel seemed nice ans very conveniently located to many downtown Minneapolis events and locations. Would consider giving the place another shot.

The room was so nice and clean, and the check in was easy and fast. They mentioned the free grab and go breakfast, but when we went and stopped by, the buffet was not stocked at all and we only could choose from cold cereal or oatmeal packets. The people in front of us complained that they were out of toast, muffins and donuts. It wasn’t necessarily needed, but it would have been nice to have some breakfast, especially since they made a point of mentioning it.
