Everything was excellent for me except me another guest was at the front desk for over 10-15 minutes before someone eventually came! The only other problem they overbooked Saturday night and left two in coming couples without a room! I really felt bad for them because they had a reservation! Everything was awesome for me though! Clean room, nice fitness room and large laundry area!! I would definitely stay again especially for the price!!

Checking in was not good. A customer was there when I got there standing at the desk, No attendant was there. I asked what are we waiting on and he said he had been there for 10 minutes. The attendant came out of the break room when she heard us talking. The hotel was nice, rooms clean and the beds were comfortable. Will stay again.

The room was really clean but all of the staff here were very rude. We waited forever to check in as no one is ever at the desk. We stayed from fri-sat and our room did not get cleaned one time. We asked what to do with our trash and they literally said to take it outside to the dumpster? The rooms are suites but they provide NOTHING no pots or pans or soap or papetowrls or trash bags. We set our trash cans outside of our room and when we got back it was gone... so then for the next 2 days we didnt even have a trashcan... very odd since its brand new hotel. Why have suites without anything to use the cook tops etc.

Entire hotel very new and clean. Loved the in- room amenities. Great safety measures. Those are the reasons for my high star review. However there were a few things "off" about this place that guests should be warned about. The first is that my car was swarming with thousands of ants in the morning. I have never seen anything like it! I had to grab cups of hot water from the lobby just to open the doors and some still got inside, crawling all over me while driving. I have to treat my car for ants now. The second thing is that there was strange activity in the lobby early morning before the front desk was open. Two women just hanging out talking and laughing loudly, one with a huge pull cart full of personal laundry spilling over. They clearly weren't guests - maybe workers / friends who brought there own laundry there to wash in the laundry room at the back of the office (where they wash the towels, not a guest laundry room)?? It was just very odd and uncomfortable and I was grateful that I wasn't staying in a 1st floor room nearby.

clean room; if you are more than one person bring soap for showering bc they only leave you one small one; also, if you use a lot of shampoo and conditioner be sure to bring cause they only leave you a very small bottle and only its shampoo. no conditioner included.

The room was clean beds were comfortable. The walls are thin as paper very noisy couldn’t sleep. A child was running in the room above us at 5am. Sounded like someone was moving furniture at all hours of the night. We stayed there to rest up for the rest of our drive. Would not recommend if you want to rest or sleep. Did not like not having someone at the front desk. Had to download there app. to check out which didn’t work. Had to wait til 8am til someone came in to call to and check out.

The Room and the Front Desk service was top notch and it being a home 2 suites hotel the kitchen worked wonderfully. My only complaint is the room didn’t have any, pots, pans, plates, dish soap and etc like other Marriot hotels do already in it. I had to ask front desk for a pot and pan and they were able to help me immediately though but it would’ve been nice to have those things already provided for the guests in the room. Other than that the stay was great

This place is super adorable.It is about 40 mins away from Atlanta . The check in process was easy ,the front desk staff was very nice .We were late getting in but the attendant ensured that we would be fine and wished us safe travels after checking in on us while driving in . Although ,I booked thinking that it was a hotel (which was definitely a lack of reading on my end ) I still have zero complaints because I love how minimal and modern it is .Had I known that break fast wasn’t served ,I would have def brought a few things to cook but again ,that was due to me not reading. The property is secure ,no access is granted without a key & I love that . We didn’t have noise issues or anything ! The room was clean and you can also tell that The property is well cared for . I would honestly comeback again !

I was very disappointed, especially considering this is a Marriott brand. When I arrived, the floor and the counter were both sticky, and I even found black hairs in my towels, which was very off-putting. There were also absolutely no kitchen furnishings- no cups, silverware, or basic items you’d expect for an extended stay. I realized how spoiled I was when I previously stayed at Home2 Suites; they had everything needed to make an extended stay comfortable. Had I known there was one just up the street, I would have 1000% booked there instead. The walls were extremely thin, and I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. On top of that, every time I got into bed it sounded like the frame was going to break. I will say the staff was very friendly, which was the only real positive part of my stay. Unfortunately, everything else was pretty disappointing.

Similar to other extended stay hotels so be aware when you are booking with a pet you will be charged one flat rate of $150. A great deal if you are staying for a long time, but for an overnight stay it was more than what we paid for the room. I should have called to find out pricing before booking. Had I known we would have stayed elsewhere. The rooms are only cleaned every 7 days so the first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned. The second room was clean. Beds are comfortable and the staff was friendly.
