Myself & two other friends came to celebrate my 30th in Puerto Vallarta and they definitely made it feel so homey and welcoming! Before even leaving I was already talking about coming back it’s in a great location so enjoy a trip and relax, it’s extremely close for you to uber out and explore Zona Romantica, & or tons of stuff to enjoy an getaway. Truly a phenomenal stay highly recommend!

Service was sometimes great and sometimes mediocre but never rude. Food was disappointing except for the Italian for dinner; that’s probably my main “con”. Beach and views were lovely. Overall it was a pleasant stay but didn’t feel like great value for the money so I’m not inclined to return.

The spa is very underrated, we got a couple massage and it was amazing. The masseuses were also very experienced. The view and the spa amenities also were a must see and use. Now the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Anything you needed they were always there.

The hotel was great. However, due to an incoming hurricane, we were not able to use and access the beach, that is mainly why I go to Puerto Vallarta. We were also told we needed to vacate the hotel before the end of our stay since they were shutting it down. It was not their fault, but our vacation was cut short. Which I am expecting a full refund. I will definitely be going back! Love this place! Great Restaurants, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Gorgeous Scenery, very beautiful property with nice pools and some minimal path to walk around, Most of the staff are very kind and helpful, A lot of them are overworked and look burned out though. Long elevator wait due to one of the elevators not working and they never fixed it - Food is good and clean - Hibatchi was great, the steak restaurant took 1hr 20 min each time to bring our main course.We overall enjoyed the stay but it’s over charged for the price.

Great location! Right on the beach with a beautiful oceanside view. Food was excellent and service in most restaurants was superb. One restaurant stopped checking on us after they delivered our food, but that was only once and the food was so good we still went back to that restaurant. Highly recommend!

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta 10/10 Our family had an incredible stay! From the beautiful ocean views and amazing pools to the exceptional restaurants, drinks, and Club Level services, everything felt like a true luxury getaway. Blaze was a standout the view, food, and service were phenomenal. A special thank-you to Abraham, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made our experience even more memorable. We also loved the ceviche at Fresco and the incredible variety at the buffet. Every member of our family agreed this resort was a 10/10 experience! A small suggestion would be to have restaurant hours clearly posted throughout the property, and perhaps increase pool cleaning during peak times. Beautiful resort, amazing staff, unforgettable memories. We cannot wait to return!
