Comfy bed, lovely room, welcoming staff, good amenities
I loved my stay at Nobu. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by the friendliest staff, along with a warm towel and tea that immediately set the tone. The check-in process was seamless, and the team made me feel like I was the only guest.
We were celebrating my bachelorette, and I was so touched to find a bottle of champagne waiting in the room, along with the sweetest note from Charlie and the front office team.
The room itself was spectacular—expansive windows, a beautiful layout, and a flow that made it easy to fully disconnect from the outside world. It truly allowed me to be present and soak in a moment of happiness and relaxation.
This hotel is amazing! All of the staff we encountered were so helpful, kind, and very attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the zen suite is amazing. Highly recommend!
The staff were excellent!!! The atmosphere was wonderful. Amber Clinton was especially helpful. She communicated with us very well and gave great options for an itinerary to enjoy our stay. She’s the best!!
1000/10 best hotel I’ve stayed at! As a Chicago connoisseur who visits often this one takes 1st place. First time staying in the Fulton Market area and the vibes are so it. This hotel is clean, relaxing and the staff’s hospitality is top notch. We also had dinner at the rooftop and the views were the cherry on top of this stay.
