I can’t wait to see the hotel finished and restored. We have been coming there for over 20 yrs. My ex-husband is from St.Croix, we know how beautiful the property use to be. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We love the beach.

The hotel stay was pretty awesome. Taking the ferry back and forth to the main island was fun and very convenient! The guys in the boat shop on the hotel property were my hero’s and so helpful with tour info and any questions we had. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The only thing I could complain about is the hotel is still renovating so there was quite a bit of construction mess and noise but it was not really a bother. The snorkeling around the hotel was fantastic!!!

This small island was convenient with just a short ferry ride to the boardwalk in town. The property is an older property with its own beach. The beach was a bit rocky under the water but it was very nice to relax on the beach. Some of the staff when you check in are not that attentive and dont bother trying to check in early as you will have to wait until 3 pm. The property is under renovation and should be beautiful when done. It was fine for a 1 night stay

Outdated and under remodeling but my room was Clean comfortable and friendly. The beach, beach bar and rolling smoke are fantastic. I look forward to going back when the construction is over. The kitchenette was a must have for my grandkids in the morning. I sure hope they don’t get rid of it.

Room was clean, the young lady with the multicolored glasses was extremely nice!! The hotel is outdated but clean. The only issue is that I had to wait for the room I actually paid for...but they made an effort. Also the AC was leaking in the room but it was on my last day, so I was not really bothered. Yes I would return, knowing what to expect. The hotel has a nice beach and tasty wings.

1.housekeeping needs to be done daily instead of every other day.it’s the beach and who wants sand in their bed. Biggest gripe also is beach towels. There were never any clean ones. We went 4 days with the same towel. On fifth day early that morning I was requesting clean beach towels and they just kept saying they are at the laundry. Finally they brought us towels after dark. Why in the world would it take 5 days to get clean towels? 2. Stairwell behind the bar that takes you to 3 rd floor needs lights working. It was completely dark and it is a trip/ fall hazard. They also need to be clean daily. 3. This place has potential to be a 5 star resort if they would just put more work ethic into the place. Love the island and the views from the rooms are amazing.

T treated my family to a short weekend stay at the Kay and it was lovely. The beach was beautiful and the bar alive with guest. The room was spacious enough to enjoy the beach weekend and had the basic essentials for our short stay. However, the old-empty water fountain & pool outside were eye sores, obstructing out view of the beach. But overall the beach was beautiful and for a short family stay the price was not too bad.
