Great historic hotel

A very nice historic hotel. Location is fine and close to the major sights. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Gym and jacuzzi plus nice roof top bar and restaurant.

Very nice small boutique hotel, comfortable nicely decorated rooms with blend of modern and classic. The lobby and the courtyard is very nice, and so is the roof top bar/restaurant and small soaking tubs. Walking distance to points of interest and restaurants, market.

The best hotel in Samarkand

We really loved this boutique hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You get personalized service unlike in big corporate hotels where you are just an ordinary guest. This hotel feels plush.. breakfast was really good.. they even give you a platter of wrlcome treats. It is also so close to Registan Square so we were able to watch the light show at night.. the major sights are within walking distance.

This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! I was visiting Samarkand for 2 days with my parents for their anniversary, and I have to say, that staying here was the best choice we made. The staff wss super friendly, helpful and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was super spacious and had the best courtyard access. The carpeting in the room was really nice as well. The breakfast buffet had really fresh options. Overall, for anyone visiting, I would strongly recommend a stay at this place, you’ll love everything about the experience 😊

The property is new, very beautifully decorated and designed, you feel like you have gone back in time but in a modern and contemporary setting. The staff are very helpful and willing to assist. Language barrier did not seem a problem at all, several staff spoke great english. I would only ask the team to prepare AC in room before guest arrival since it took some time to cool down, breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend taking a "Residence room" if available.

Lovely hotel with beautiful and comfortable rooms. Modern hotel but with a beautiful old-world aesthetic. Food was very good in the restaurant with nice local wine selection. Location was excellent - easily walkable to all the historic sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Would have rated it 5/5 except the room temperature was unbearably hot and controlled centrally despite the fact that a thermostat was in the room (for show only as cooling function was not working) Temperature was consistently 26C and we had to sleep with the patio door open, which isn’t ideal. Also - wasn’t impressed when they charged us USD80 to check in early despite the hotel being almost empty (only two other rooms occupied bedside us).

The hotel is very conveniently located on a small, quiet street a short walk from Registan Square and other main sights. Beds are comfy. Rooms are large, but a bit dark. The bathrooms are on the small side. Good stay and recommend to other guests

Dynamic Samarkand Location

Fabulous property, location, staff, breakfast and atmosphere. Truly a delight to discover this property. The staff member, Sanjay was kind enough to assist us in booking our train tickets. My husband and I loved this boutique hotel, it felt like a little oasis of luxury. Little details had been thought of and everything was to a high standard, staff were extremely attentive. Waiters and reception were always the most helpful! One thing I noticed was cleaners didn’t clean the bathroom floors which I would have liked in our three day stay. Otherwise 5 stars all round! If I come back to Samarkand I will stay here :)
