Pros: Rooms were very nice, great decor and amenities.
Cons: 1) location, didn’t feel safe and we even saw a car get broken into right outside the hotel 2)service at the hotel cafe - it didn’t seem like anyone was interested in helping customers and we stopped by 3 times.
The lack of formality or security at the entrance was a bit weird...no one really around. But the building and apartment were beautiful, and the valet situation was easy. The adjacent cafe was tasty and convenient, so I give it all a big thumbs up. In fact, planning to stay again next June.
4th time staying and its ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL! Outstanding rooms, great staff all around and feels like Home every time. Location is Perfect for walking to all the stores, restaurants and downtown!

We had the 4 bedroom suite - 2 bedrooms on main floor and 2 upstairs. The apartment was spacious and clean. House keeping only comes on day 7. There is a pool however it is being redone. Front desk was not very friendly.
When it said Luxury I expected more. Not a bad place tho. Looked as if they were doing renovations. The restaurant attached is a no go and the property is hood adjacent. Not a problem tho. Good for a one night stay.
We pulled up to The Ann and we were greeted by Miss Ty in valet with a smile and she was also very helpful at the front desk during checking out. Checking in was a smooth process again greeted by a friendly smile. It is located within walking distance to the river front and most of the historic district. Zack the manager in valet was so friendly and helpful with information any time we asked about things around the city. We had a one-bedroom apartment, and the styling and decor was like being in a model home very clean. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and made for a wonderful night's sleep. The full-size kitchen was equipped with everything (except food, but a market is close by) you needed to make a meal and was nice as we stayed 4 nights and got a little tired of eating out all the time. The unit also had a washer and dryer in it which was a bonus and they even provided the detergent. As I will be visiting Savannah again in the near future The Ann will definitely be my go-to place to stay, the staff ever single person we met was wonderful, and layout is the great.
This hotel is so conveniently located.. just a couple minutes from SCAD, Riverfront, and Broughton St.
The staff are wonderful and hotel is very clean. Has everything you need for an extended stay.
Restaurant is conveniently located across the breezeway.
All in all a great place to stay
I really like the place, our one bedroom apartment is nice and comfortable. It is like a home away from home. If we go back to Savannah, we would book that place again.

It was overall, okay.
What I saw in the photos, I felt didn't tell the story of my room. There were no upstairs downstairs, just a large airy space almost like a gym; I didn't mind seeing the pipes but someone else might so I mention them. The furniture was not as new as the photos suggested, the bed was fine which counts and the rooms were clean.
This was my first outing since a stroke and covid and I found it hard to accept no daily upkeep of the room. I guess it's another thing we've lost to that phoney experience.
I spent nights in hotels for 20 years previous to this time so I may not be the guy to answer all the questions.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and it is very close to Savannah's activities. I use a cane and got around just fine; but the view may have been different when they built the hotel.
The cost may be a little high or not,but it won't break the bank.
Such an amazing place to stay. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms are modern and spotless. It’s pet friendly , has a gym and a pool. Also, it’s walking distance from almost everything you need to see and do in Savannah.
