I checked into this hotel at the last minute because I had to leave the hotel I was actually checked into. The check in setvice was great. The hotel itself is very outdated, needs remodeling, cleaning or replacement of hallway floors. Once I got into the icicles room, very cold. I began to unpack & room was damaged, sink would not drain, water pressure from faucet slower than molasses. The only good thing working was the internet. Good thing this trip is quick & I am literally only sleeping( if I can) for a few hours. Would not recommend

Amazing customer service, great room (clean, spacious, a lot of amenities: felt like a studio apartment, etc.) and clean bathroom. Would definitely visit here again and recommend to others!

The only issue I had was there were signs that said no smoking and once I turned my AC on it smelled like cigarette smoke really bad. Aside from that the hotel was clean and I would stay again. But definitely did not want to incur a smoking charge and the room was pre-smoked in prior to my stay

Whenever I’m in the Torrance, California area… this is usually my go-to spot for hotel stays. It’s pretty quiet, staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, and they have a lot of pretty good restaurants that are within walking distance. No complaints here at all for me.

There is not complimentary breakfast, just coffee, tea hot cocoa and muffins/nutrigrain bars. Room had a kitche, and hotal will provide pots and pans, coffee pot and utenils/plates if needed. Convenient location to what I needed, would stay again.

It was loud at night people playing music. Walls are thin I guess as I heard 2 couples two different nights have very loud sex. Could not sleep. 8 had no way of buffering the sound as I am assuming there bed was on the same wall as mine. Maybe put the bed on opposite sides for each room. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was coffee and muffins okay but maybe have more coffee as only 2 decanters and muffins people were taking more then just 1. I did like the kitchenette it was nice. Hope this helps.

Although it wasn't what was depicted in the pictures, the room was comfortable, the air conditioning cold, and the provided pans, plates, utensils, dishsoap and drinking glasses (upon asking) worked well. Shower water got hot quickly, freezer and stove worked well. Parking was well lit and never too crowded. On the downside, the fridge I had did not get very cold, and the floor was dirty with some missing/broken tiles. My card stopped working a few times both for my room door and the outside door. All that being said, the staff was always there at any time of day, friendly and helpful, to address my concerns. It is super convenient to the mall and some good local restaurants and watering holes. All in all, I found it to be a good value for my money.
