We stayed one night at the end of our resort stay after a trip to Chechen Itza ; great stay, we used 24hr room service to get food ; good breakfast! Helpful staff - 2 shuttle services per hour at 20 and 50 pass the hour !

Book this location because it was close to the airport for my last day in Cancun and everything was exceptional. The staff were very nice and also really accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was also tasty. Would definitely book again.

The room was clean, beds were soft and pillows were of good quality. Breakfast was delicious, the buffet had a wide selection to choose from. The staff was friendly, helpful very willing to help. Front desk was excellent, shuttle service was great, didn't have to wait long for pick it or drop off.

We booked there because it was pet-friendly. Our pet was treated as a guest. she was permitted everywhere, We chose to eat our breakfast on the outdoor patio, as it was self serve and we were unsure if the other guests might be uncomfortable.

Great hotel about a 5 min drive from the airport. 20 min drive from cancun and beaches. Great place to stay with a rental car. Safe parking. The room was comfortable and the AC was a life saver.

Second visit and completely satisfied again. Room is as shown and bed, in my opinion, is extremely comfortable. Restaurant staff very kind and attentive. Good is very good; soup is a great option. Buffet breakfast is perfectly acceptable, kind waiters, sufficient variety. Shuttle runs exactly as stated. Excellent option for airport travel, will return and/or highly recommend. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

A stellar airport hotel- beautiful pool and grounds, large bedrooms, helpful and friendly staff, a good breakfast included. Extra bonuses: it is pet friendly if you are traveling with a dog; and there are a nail salon, massage therapy spa and OXXO right next door. Quite impressive for a reasonably priced airport hotel. Highly recommended.

We normally stay at Hilton when flying from Cancún but this time stayed at Fairfield Courtyard. In every aspect Fairfield is a better option. Lovely room, large pool, nice dining room and buffet breakfast included. Staff were excellent and friendly. Our go to hotel from now on.
