Centrally located in the Hongdae area of Seoul, perfect for exploring the area as all of the action is just steps away from the hotel. Staff was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. Room was so nice, spacious and very clean. And the breakfast buffet was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, it was so good!

Hip - upscale - safe. Urban necessities like convenience stores, brand name shopping and pharmacies just steps away. College vibes, popup vibes, clubbing vibes. My tween kids loved walking the streets looking for squishy shops, arcades, batting cages, and desserts. Street performers were unforgettable. Blue bottle in the lobby! The 15th floor bar was kinda mid, but all other aspects of hotel felt cutting edge and trendy. Highly recommend.

Great modern unique hotel in a bustling area. The rooms are a great size with great views of the city and in the mountains. Rooms are very uniquely decorated with useful amenities (the filtered water dispenser was very useful). There are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance, including a couple of halal options.

RYSE has become the one place I always return to in Seoul. Over the years, the service has remained consistently warm, attentive, and dependable. This is probably the 10th time i've stayed here in the past 5 years, always have a good stay at this hotel. Staff have always been helpful and attentive with good communication skills. Location is still as good today, great amenities nearby and some new KR brand locations have opened up in the past year, which is great for shopping trips. During this stay we got a room upgrade during check in, which was much appreciated and we stayed at the artist suite, very spacious and good interiors. I've stayed in all the room types here and can say they are all nice regardless of size.
